Change Talkers or Change Makers?

I just went through Rajesh Kalra's blog in the Times of India in which he has rightly criticised lethargic and unaccountable approach of Indian govt and raised several striking questions over the recent advertisement of the ministry of women and child welfare that had the picture of former Pakistan Air Force Chief, Tnavir Ahmed. His stance is understandable. The 'chalta hai' attitude needs to be curtailed but the basic question, here, is where and when will it begin? And more importantly who will begin it?
I have written him back in the comment section which I would like to share on my blog too and if any reader finds it worth attending or commenting, do not HESITATE.

My reply to Mr. Kalra is exactly as below.

"Sir,
It's always easy to talk and do anything in this cultured nation. We just talk and talk and do nothing and sometimes we act and act without talking or even thinking. Our democracy is CHEATOCRACY where our 'dedicated' politicians come forward to cheat us publically. People see that and feel contented by just criticizing them. People don't come out and react the way they would if any partially known deities or caste leaders are questioned even trully. They have time to fight, quarrel and do riots in the name of anything but positive or constructive.
How many revolts or protests have you seen post 1947 for positive cause? We have generally indulged ourselves in destructive causes more than the positive ones. And what we are seeing today is the result of this only.
Who will throw stone fisrt?
Are you ready? Then don't just talk, act; and see how many of us are with you. There are plenty of us. Do it man, or leave talking. People are really frustrated, don't frustrate them further. We need change makers not change talkers.
