System needs Saridon...!

You go, you request, you place an application, again you request, you go again and again, you feel frustration, you yell inside your brain, yet again you request and you are asked to come back another day just to find your work still undone and in process- the sort of excuse that can pour cold water on your head. If you are lucky enough, there are still, rare chances that you haven't had to acquaint with such situations. Yes, I am talking exactly about our offices that run our system. You go to any office for your work and you are bound to suffer the trauma. Sometimes they even make you feel-"why the hell was I born?" Our system is increasingly decreasing in potential efficiency and willingness to help people. They seem to have decided to observe a non co-operative movement with people. People have to start 'dhakka' journey to get their work done even when they are right from all perspectives. Our system runners are busy delaying your work. A layman goes to any office and most probably he wouldn't be aware of the working style of the office, he even wouldn't know whom to approach and in most cases help desks are empty. He feels like an alien in his own region and atmosphere. And, then enters the savior called AGENT. He knows all roots and means. He has all the answers if you are ready to shed off you pocket. The simple work that requires nominal or no legal fees will be promised to be done with the payment of understandably handsome (I don't know how is it handsome? and how it came into such usage?) amount. Moreover, the agent even does not forget to tell you the obligatory words like: "it is you for whom I am doing this and that too with this cheap price; had it been anybody else, it was not possible and the charge would be much higher than you have paid." In our system your work can be done and there are ways to do it i.e. 1. You have great influence or link with higher authority or politicians. 2. You are ready to spend- 'handsome amount'. Or 3. You are courageous enough to lit fire at their back and simultaneously be ready to face consequences. Nothing else works except these. Some might consider this point of view a negative one but be sure THIS IS THE REALITY.
I think our system needs remedial measurements. Most importantly, the system itself is less at fault but the system runners are. Any system, when devised, must have been devised with good intentions of helping people but later on our system runners and enhancers maltreat it and make it sound worthless to such an extent that it irritates you and feels like headache. You feel disheartened, frustrated or helpless and for it they(are) care-less. The system has been turned hopeless. it needs to be turned hopeful. A system is for people; not people for system. When this is realised, i think the efficacy of our system will surely increase but for now our system GREATLY NEEDS SARIDON. Will the government and system runners wake up and come out with something positive?
